Most of these virtual classes are just as good as attending in person. Here are some of our favorite local studios and fitness companies currently hosting online classes. 

 

Modo Yoga

Modo is a well-known NYC yoga studio offering 10 different online classes each day. The classes range from 45 to 60 minutes, and members can sign up to take them live or watch recorded classes on demand. Their instructors are stellar and their classes cater to a wide array of skill levels.

Neou is not a physical studio, it’s an app that is perfectly formulated for our current situation. Neou offers an incredible assortment of on-demand fitness courses that cover 60 different fitness concepts. You’ll find kickboxing, yoga, barre, bootcamp, and more — Neou has it all covered. The app can stream on any phone, computer, tablet, or smart TV. It’s like having 100 gyms worth of classes at your fingertips.

 

TS Fitness

If you’ve always wanted to try working out with a personal trainer, but have never taken the plunge, TS Fitness is a great option. They offer high-level, virtual, one-on-one personal training. They take a whole-body approach to fitness. It’s not just about the workouts, it’s about lifestyle and nutrition, too. Their renowned fitness and nutrition coaches can bring your health and fitness to another level entirely — and you won’t even have to leave your home. 

 

MNDFL Meditation

We end on a serene workout for the mind. MNDFL Meditation brings something that is particularly vital right now: relaxation. With all the chaos swirling through our lives at the moment, some meditation can go a long way toward improving our focus, decreasing our anxiety, and enriching the quality of our lives. Classes run through a variety of traditions, and are accessible to all skill levels. Classes run from 30 to 60 minutes.
